Shipping policy

All orders are sent on the same working day if placed before 3.30pm. If ordered on a weekend, bank holiday or after 3.30pm, your order will be sent on the next working day.

All orders are sent from our St Helens warehouse.

Orders can be picked up on any working day between 9am and 4pm. Please allow an hour for the order to be made ready.

We have a variety of options for delivery.  From Royal Mail 2nd class to next day pre noon courier delivery.  Free postage when available will be sent on a 2-5 day service. 

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed, apart from pre-noon.
